There is a silence that is not empty.
It is the silence that remains when someone leaves.
That place where the heart seeks a presence it can no longer touch, but can still feel.
That's where it begins this book.
Not as an attempt to explain death, but as an invitation to remember life.
Death doesn't end anything
For years, I've heard many people say:
“I’m afraid of death.”.
But the Divine whispers to us: “There is no loss. Only transformation.”.
Death does not destroy life; it merely changes its form.
The body comes to a stop, but consciousness continues to move—light, free, boundless.
What we love doesn't disappear; it simply becomes invisible to the eye.
In *Nothing Is Lost*, the invitation is to view death as a shift in frequency.
The soul never dies: it returns to CASA.
Return to the source from which you came, to that boundless expanse of love where there is no longer any fear or separation.
To Die a Little Every Day
Ho’oponopono taught me that dying doesn’t happen just once.
We die a little every day when we let go of what we no longer are:
memories, roles, attachments.
Every time we say “I let go and trust”, the soul expands.
Every time we let go, something old dies and something new is born.
That is how we learn to die in peace,
living with a light heart, free from the burdens of the past, without fear of the future.
The soul doesn't leave; it just moves to another room
Sometimes people ask me:
“Where are the ones who left?”
And the answer comes like a breeze:
“Here. In a different form.”.
They're in a song that pops up for no reason,
a butterfly that lands right where you're looking,
a sweet feeling that fills my chest for no apparent reason.
The soul does not leave; it merely moves to another room within God's house.
We're still in one room; they're in another.
And even though we can't walk through the door, love continues to flow between the two spaces.
Grief as a Form of Purification
Crying isn't a sign of weakness; it's a way to cleanse yourself.
Every tear is a prayer that washes away the memories of pain.
When we experience grief with awareness, it does not separate us from love; rather, it brings us closer to it.
When we say, “Thank you, I love you,”,
We don't just talk to the person who has passed away,
but also to the life that continues within us.
What Really Dies
The only thing that dies is the illusion of control.
The idea that we own something or someone.
Death reminds us that nothing belongs to us, but everything has loved us.
It's not an ending: it's a mirror that invites us to live with greater presence, greater devotion, and greater love.
Nothing is lost
The reason I titled this book Nothing is lost, It's because this is what I realized—Nothing is lost.
Neither time, nor dreams, nor souls.
Everything is transformed, everything returns, everything finds its place in God's heart.
And when the time comes to leave, the only thing we need to take with us is that: love.
Because love is the only thing that never dies.
Nothing is lost It's not just a book.
It's a reminder.
A call to reconcile ourselves with death in order to reconcile ourselves with life.
To look at pain with tenderness.
To trust in the divine process that sustains everything, even what we do not understand.
And I know, for certain, that Nothing is lost.
