We process your personal data primarily to collect your health information in order to provide you with the best possible healthcare, recording all information that, based on medical judgment, provides an accurate and up-to-date picture of your health status and is relevant to the medical treatment to be provided.

We also process your personal data to manage all additional services related to healthcare (laboratory tests, prosthetics), to handle matters with your insurance company or mutual insurance society, and for accounting and tax purposes, particularly the billing of services rendered.

Furthermore, provided that we have obtained your prior consent to conduct and carry out marketing activities and send commercial communications via electronic means.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients for the reasons indicated,

Medical Records: The legally established retention periods for this type of document are currently set at 5 years.
