You just need to avoid getting caught up in that argument or situation and say “thank you.” Whatever the situation, you have the power to turn the other cheek—the cheek of love—and let the energy flow. It takes two to fight; and remember that what you resist, persists. Do you realize now just how responsible we are for what happens to us?

With a “thank you” and an “I love you,” you’re telling God, “I’m handing this over to you—I can’t handle this,” or “show me the way.” They’re an act of humility; repeating them to yourself is practicing Ho’oponopono for Work, in this case, is to let go and give permission.

  3. Humanizing Relationships, meaning that these problems also affect the people around you and that you are not the only one affected. Often, these are memories from past lives that are repeating themselves.
