Complete Prayer of “The Peace of the Self” Ho’oponopono
The practice of Ho’oponopono meditation is, basically, a paradigm shift and destruction of structures. It is change the way we see things and the constant struggle you sometimes face with everything that’s going on. There’s no one out there doing anything to you—it’s simply your memories playing out in your subconscious and making you believe that you know what to do, what not to do, how, when, and where at every stage of your life.
The “Peace of the Self” prayer, like all Ho’oponopono trigger phrases, cleanses you in the same way and allows you to Reconnect with your true self and the present moment; only from there can you create a reality where surprises and miracles are commonplace.
“The Peace of the Self” Prayer:
May peace be with you, All my peace,
The Peace that is ME, the Peace that is the «I AM,»,
Peace forever and ever, now and for all eternity.
I give you My peace; I leave My peace with you,
Not the peace of the world, but MY PEACE,
The Peace of the Self.
If you're wondering when you should use the Ho'oponopono tools, you need to remember that cleansing should be an ongoing process, as much time as possible. Memories are constantly playing in the subconscious, and you can't imagine how many memories we have to erase.
You can create your own rituals and, for example, recite “The Peace of the Self” by Ho’oponopono before going to sleep. However, the truth is that your inspiration will guide you, and this prayer will be with you whenever it is right and perfect.
“I am the I,” another phrase you can use
You’ve probably heard of “I am the I,” a phrase as powerful and transformative as “The Peace of the I,” with which we begin our day, and which we also use to start the Ho’oponopono seminars
«I» come from the void into the light,
«I» am the breath that sustains life,
«I» am that void, that silence beyond consciousness.
The «I,» the PERFECT, the ABSOLUTE,
«I» draw my rainbow across the waters,
The transformation of mind into matter,
«I” am the inhalation and exhalation,
The transparent, invisible breeze,
The indefinable atom of creation.
“I” am “I.”.
