Today I want to ask you a few questions: What do you spend your time doing? How many times a day or a week do you say: «I don't have time for that»?
Whether it's to exercise, call a friend, or work on a project, it seems like we're constantly saying we don't have enough time.
The strange thing is that when it comes to taking care of ourselves, the first thought that comes to mind is, «I don’t have enough time for that.».
We're so caught up in the idea that we have to make more money, be more productive, get more done, and not waste time that we don't make time to feel better and simply enjoy life.
The reality is that what keeps us from doing the things we enjoy has nothing to do with having enough time. It has to do with what each person does with it.
Why has the West become so strict about time? Because we think, «We mustn’t waste a single moment, because once it’s lost, it can’t be found again; it can’t be recovered.» Meanwhile, the East is at peace because they think, «Nothing is lost; everything can be recovered. You can’t lose it even if you try. Things will return. Death will be followed by birth again; you’ll be young once more. Everything will return—it will return to itself.».
“There are two ways of living, of being, and of knowing: one is through effort, willpower, and the ego; the other is to make no effort, to not struggle, but to let go and flow with existence.”. – Osho
I hope you choose to live the second way—by choosing The Easiest Way to Live and allowing me to support you on your journey, by joining our Ho’oponopono Family.
